ABOUT TONY HANNA
At the age of 7 my family had moved to Lebanon from Egypt. I found myself in a room full of aunts and uncles cooking food and the women doing their quilting. One day I was given a tablet and pencil to entertain myself. I started to sketch my aunt across the room with her legs crossed smoking a cigarette and drinking her tea. Before I knew it, I had created the real likes of my aunt and the family was so joyous of what I had accomplished. I was so proud I took the sketch to school to show my teacher only to get slapped for lying. This only made my determination more aggressive to capture what I was feeling on paper. I continued to draw with pen and ink then to experimenting with watercolors and oils later on.
In college I studied commercial graphics and technical illustration for two years. My love for the arts only deepened as I achieved a few winning artworks that hang in my home still today. Soon after college I got married and had 4 children and needless to say I had to put these feelings on hold for over 30 years while I ran my own business in graphic design and printing. The passion for art has never left me.
In 2017 I joined the Santa Clarita Art Association and painted over 100 works of art. My collaborations of digital and mixed media paint come together beautifully in rich images full of depth and intrigue. The artist seamlessly intertwines both photos and paint to create images that are on the edge of detail and impressionistic. My abstract realism paintings integrate strong design, composite and balance with a sense of illusion. This is a liberating and joyful way to paint as I create these composite artworks using photography, computer digital art, airbrushing and mix media hand painting. I develop these dynamic paintings as they are merged and transformed into multi-dimensional memories available on Canvas, HD Metals and Brushed Aluminum, Acrylic, Ceramic, and Wood wall art.

ABOUT COLORFUSION
Spending several years in a printing business gave me experiences with photography, lithography, typesetting, and commercial graphics. I found myself starting to work with painters and designers which gave me another learning opportunity with color. Working with color and design brought back my passion for artistic expression once again. I began my own company called “Colorfusion”. I have been intrigued with today’s technology with photography and merging photos with 3D mixed media and color.
In 2017 I joined the Santa Clarita Art Association and painted over 100 works of art. I’m creating composite artworks using photography, computer digital art, airbrushing and mix media hand painting. I develop these dynamic paintings as they are merged and transformed into multi-dimensional 3D works of art.
